Level and difficulty

Level and Difficulty
level and difficulty of trekking and expedition in Nepal and Tibet is divided in 5 various grade as like: Easy, Moderate, Strenuous, Very Strenuous and Challenging. Those are as know an altitude, Time duration, Remoteness and Terrain. So here we request yourself to judge and choose a level according to your physical fitness, health and experience, which trekking or expedition is the best for you as mention below.

Grade: 1 {Easy}
An easy grade is between 800m to 2400m above the sea level. Mostly we do sightseeing in the cities, some optional day walk, where there is very good accommodation and transportation in the easy grade. So mostly the easy trek is suitable for children, young, couples and even for aged person.

Grade 2 {Moderate}
Moderate trek is quite harder in comparison to easy trek, where we walk 4 to 5 hours a day and altitude is between 1600m to 3800m above the sea level. Here we do mostly trek in the village and hill with guest house accommodation. So anyone can join here in this grade moderate.

Grade: 3 {Strenuous}
In this grade strenuous require previous experience of easy and moderate trekking and tour. Here we walk 4 to 6 hours a day and altitude up to 5550m above the sea level. Mostly trekking in the Himalaya with guest house accommodation. Usually here is the people who are physically and mentally fit, they can attempt this level.

Grade: 4 {Very Strenuous}
In this grade very Strenuous require previous mountain hiking and trekking experience. Here we walk 5 to 7 hours a day and altitude up to 5900m above the sea level. Participated must be fully supported by our trekking company. Here we do trekking in the remote area with guest house accommodation and sometime in tent at the high altitude. Some of the walking days are more longer and difficult.

Grade 05 (Challenging)
In this grade challenging we walk in the rough and rocky area and very less trekkers. It’s require those who capable of carrying own his backpack, an excellent health, able to walk on the snow, cross glaciers walk in the moraine and have climbing skills. Mostly we walk 6 to 8 hours a day and altitude up to 6100m from the sea level with no access guest house in the high altitude. Here trekkers who have bad medical conditions better not try this trek.

Remoteness
All those our trekking and expedition itineraries in remote area in Nepal and Tibet where there is lack of electricity, transportation, luxury tea houses, communication. A trekker must have sufficient information regarding such kind of remote trekking. Even popular trekking region has some isolated places. In these places you can’t see more traveler even during the main season like Spring season and Autumn season.
