It’s important to prepare for the trek by making sure that you are physically fit and healthy before departure to your trip. In case of serious illness matter, the evacuation to Kathmandu is the best. The chopper (Helicopter) rescue service is expensive, while the government, trekking company and your embassy is not responsible for the cost of rescue. So we do our best to help you to arrange the helicopter evacuations but the cost of rescue is that you have to pay and later you can claim from your travel insurance.

During your trip you should take care of yourself, drink boiled water, purification water and mineral water. Headaches, cough and diarrhea can be a risky for traveler, is that way you have bring medicine and use them with that caution.

Altitude Sickness:
(AMS) Acute Mountain Sickness is an important medical consider while trekking in Nepal and Tibet. AMS effect start from the altitude above the 2800M. The symptoms of AMS are as following: Headache, Nausea, Dizziness, swelling, poor sleep, Vomiting, Weakness and Breathlessness.

Prevention (AMS)
Acclimatization with gradual ascent and proper amount of rest is the best for prevention of AMS. In case of appearance of any of the above mention symptoms your further ascent must be stopped and should immediately come back to the lower altitude.
